This position provides leadership in the selection, implementation and on-going utilization of all Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) globally. Responsible for analyzing and directing all functional related activities within the scope of the HRIS including monitoring accuracy and effectiveness of all data, processes and procedures. Provides functional guidance, leadership, and training to Human Resources and Payroll staff. Partners with HR team members to develop and implement standardized processes as best practices globally.

Responsibilities:
Analyzes disposition and configuration of new and existing software systems; routinely ensures that all users have access to current, standardized software, and all appropriate upgrades.
Manage HRIS application user access and security
Analyzes need and develops and delivers individual and/or group training to users to ensure optimal and efficient utilization within the workplace of new and existing technology and software applications
Monitors, analyzes, and evaluates system utilization to ensure appropriate and efficient use of applications; audits system entries and takes remedial action as deemed appropriate
Accountable for data privacy compliance, including data integrity and security
Establishes processes and policies that enhance the efficiency of HR and minimizes administration
Manage system structure and employee level data to drive standardized HR processes including compensation planning, talent management, recruiting, etc.
Provides technical consultation, problem resolution, and support in the design and development of specialized human resources queries and reports, using existing database and/or spreadsheet applications
Develops and generates reports as needed for business leaders, and provides information and support to other HRIS users in a wide range of applications formats
Manages audit reporting process for compliance
HR Data Project Manager for acquisitions and divestitures
Manages HR Team intranet site (Team Platform)
Maintains a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and/or systems; participates in professional development activities as appropriate
Qualifications:
Education and Training:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems or related field or equivalent mix of education and experience

Experience:

Three to five years related experience in HRIS applications management
Basic knowledge of HR administration processes
Basic knowledge of payroll processes
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strong spreadsheet and database manipulation and analysis skills
Excellent database, spreadsheet and word processing skills
Extremely detail-oriented; able to audit and maintain extremely accurate data
Strong report-creation skills
Delegation skills
Polished group and interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and identify their potential impact within the existing environment
Ability to develop standard operating procedures and technical documentation for training and user support
Ability to relentlessly pursue continuous improvement
Decisive critical thinker able to make decisions based on sound business ethics
Able to handle a variety of tasks in a fast paced team environment
Able to effectively train others
