-Oversee a variety of communities on social media, websites, email lists and offline.

-Support and implement social media and content campaigns through daily posting and e engagement on owned and 3rd party platforms.

-Provide actionable insight on the behavior, demographics and sentiment of owned and 3rd-party communities.

-Understanding & developing insights from analytics, metrics, and platforms.

-Responsible for setting, maintaining and achieving specific and actionable goals including audience growth and engagement, CRM and contribution to broader marketing campaigns.

-Identify potential brand advocates and influencers and recruit them to take part in campaigns and content initiatives.

-Develop cross-platform opportunities with bloggers and other online and offline destinations and events.

-Identify opportunities for brand participation in 3rd party campaigns and events.

-Curate and moderate conversations on all owned platforms as well as identify conversations for potential content development.

-Develop and implement long-term strategies to enable and empower community members in line with business goals.

-Serve as the “voice of the brand” on a day-to-day basis and assist in developing all community member communications.

-Like all members of the content team, you’ll be expected to contribute stories and social copy on a regular basis.

Your Skills Should Include:

•Education: BS or BA degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Market Research or related field.

•Experience: 2-4 years of experience in marketing research, public relations social media, technology or communication.

•Natural networker who is able to run quickly with assignments and objectives.

•People-centered with an ability to listen to the needs and emotions of others to direct their actions.

•Growth-minded -- you search for bigger goals and devise ways to drive toward success; you’re prone to finding opportunities or creating your own

•Excellent writing skills, with an eye for proofreading and grammar.

•Excellent skills in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

•Experience working with CRM email campaigns.

•Experience with Content Management Systems and common content creation programs like Photoshop is a must.

•Experience analyzing data, developing insights and research reports. Google Analytics certified or equivalent.

•Strong research and organizational skills are a must

•Experience working with Hootsuite or related software is a plus.
