We’re currently looking for a talented Brand Supervisor. If you have strong client relationship experience on a regional and national level and if the following list sums up what you bring to the table, then we want to talk with you:

What Do You Get to Do?

•Manage client expectations and ensure client and agency goals are met on each project
•Analyze, interpret and present the metrics from campaigns
•Procure new projects and organic client growth to contribute to new agency income
•Prepare estimates, manage budget, issue billings, reconcile budgets, project revenue and maintain account profitability
•Provide day to day management of Brand Managers and Brand Coordinators
•Work with Consumer Behavior department to define client goals and develop strategic foundations to drive creative thinking
•Provide strategic and creative client counsel
•Contribute to the improvement of agency and client procedures and meetings with insightful industry experience
•Share industry updates and trends both internally and with clients to unearth new opportunities
•Substantiate agency point of view, estimates, and creative
•Conduct project “post mortems” that lead to greater efficiencies and provide feedback and recommendations to appropriate agency contacts
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, agency partners and all disciplines within the agency

What Are We Looking For?

•Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Marketing, Advertising or a related field
•6-8 years of integrated (multi-discipline) advertising agency experience in brand/account management
•Strong experience within hospitality or healthcare fields
•Solid vendor relations and experience interfacing with clients
•Ability to manage various projects and clients on different timelines
•Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfort in presenting to groups
•Demonstrated, deep understanding of client relationship and project management
•Experienced manager with a passion for mentorship and team growth
•Real online experience; ability to show case studies or work samples (rich media, PPC, email, SEO and Mobile)
•Thorough understanding of advertising agency process and procedures
•Strong project management skills; project management software knowledge is a plus, especially Workamajig
