The ideal candidate is a flexible, positive-thinker who thrives in close-knit teams and has a proven track record of success coordinating efforts for fast-paced, high-profile projects. Communication is the name of the game, and we need someone who can be the bridge between our designers, technical staff, and client contacts.

• Work on-site in our downtown NYC office
• 3 years minimum experience as a coordinator, account manager, or project manager, preferably in a studio environment
• B.A. or equivalent experience
• Solid working knowledge of current website design trends, development processes, and project management methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Seriously, we can’t stress this enough.
• Reassuring, confident presence in a variety of situations involving a variety of personality types
• Ability to juggle many tasks and stay on top of deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to see potential problems in advance, raise flags and offer solutions
• Fluent in MS Office/Google Docs
• Basic familiarity with a Content Management System (e.g. Wordpress, Drupal)
• Big plus: Experience with non-profits or academic institutions

Job Responsibilities:
• Work with clients and internal project teams to create detailed estimates, project schedules, and requirements documents.
• Manage the day-to-day execution of print, interactive, and strategic consulting projects to ensure quality deliverables on time and within budget.
• Prepare project plans and status reports for clients and internal staff, including executive summaries, budget reports, roles & responsibilities schedules, and others as required.
• Collaborate with other project managers to determine work schedules, resource allocation, and process improvement activities.

Full-time, W-2. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.
Salary Range: 35 - 45k per anum DOE
