•Develop digital/social strategies and objectives for content by channel.
•Responsible for creative conceptualization of digital and social media programs and content
•Execute content development strategies
•Effectively communicate creative concept to design team or outside partners for execution
•Stay current on the latest technologies and identify new opportunities

Skills required:
•7+ years of digital and social media experience; preferably agency or corporate
•Experienced in managing digital and social media campaigns and strategy from conception to implementation
•Deep understanding of all digital and social marketing experiences and how they connect brands and consumers
•Successful track record of delivering digital programs including experience with digital and social content creation
•Strong project management and web skills
•Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
•Ability to think creatively and effectively articulate ideas
•Ability to work as a member of a team
•Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
•Able to translate digital trends, technologies and strategies into engaging, tactical programs
•Proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop, In-Design and presentation tools and skills
•Proficiency in digital and social analytics


•Bachelors Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism/English, Usability/Research, or Business Psychology or comparable experience/portfolio.
•7+ years of work experience in an agency or corporate setting with a concentration in consumer social media
