Print Project Coordinator

The Print Project Coordinator works as a member of the University Relations team to help manage, process, and coordinate the production traffic for the University's print collateral materials.


S/he purchases print and mail services material from outside vendors as needed, reports on print purchases and monitors related budgets, serves as a member of internal production teams, coordinates print projects and provides direction in the purchase of printed material and direct mail in a way that ensures cost effective and timely production, and ensures that all projects are produced on schedule and meet budget and quality standards.


Qualifications: The candidate must be well organized; have good communication skills, be familiar with the print production and bidding process; have experience as a designer and be familiar with design software and designing, be able to work successfully on multiple projects within deadlines; and function as part of a results-oriented and solution-driven team. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree or the equivalent, good judgment and grace under pressure.
