Growing multimedia company seeks an innovative, results-focused advertising marketer with 5+ years of experience to develop and implement integrated marketing plans and programs across multiple marketing/sales channels to drive revenue. Must have solid budgeting, analytical, project management and collaborative skills, along with a strong client services focus and deep understanding of the marketplace. Degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing Plan Development and Project Management
• Translates department strategies into timely, insightful Advertising marketing plan(s) and programs that drive revenue.
• Leads the development of sales programs, materials, presentations and proposals in timely manner. Effectively communicates brand opportunities and assets, and differentiation among the competition.
• Provides insight and learnings from daily management, market knowledge and evaluation of competition to assist Director in development of yearly and long-term strategies
• Evaluates competition and ensures advertising marketing materials effectively communicates our position versus the competition
• Ensures appropriate/proactive analysis are being conducted for clients and presented in an easily understandable format
• Maintains the voice and creative look and feel, across all sales marketing materials
• Ensures marketing program results are tracked and shared with Reps and internal groups
• Assists in evaluating advertising marketing partnership opportunities
Marketing Plan Budget Development/Implementation
• Assists in yearly development of franchise budget and oversees daily expenditures from Advertising Promo budget.
• Understands revenue/cost implications of advertising marketing plans and proposals and only implements those that make strong financial sense
Client Service/Communication across organization
• Serves as primary Advertising Marketing contact for sales team.
• Ensures clear lines of communication exist within sales department and acts as liaison with other departments (Editorial, Promo, TI/Digital, Trade, etc.) to develop and implement programs. Ensures processes are followed to communicate important information to other departments.
• Leads tactical “kick-off” meetings, brainstormings and investigatory/ idea meetings to foster collaboration among sales team and other departments.
• Communicates to and trains sales team on marketing materials and programs available to/for selling.
• Prepares weekly "state of marketing" report for Advertising Sales meetings

5 plus years of marketing experience. BA required (MBA preferred) in business, marketing or communications field. Experienced in designing, implementing and measuring integrated marketing plans and programs across multiple marketing/sales channels. Experienced in developing and managing marketing budgets. Experienced in managing marketing staff and 3rd party resources. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and coordinate work among team members and other departments for effective results.
