•Minimum 8-10 years of design experience working in a marketing department, advertising agency, or in-house agency environment. •Demonstrated extensive experience working in a design environment that prioritizes digital capabilities and output. •Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse creative team, including analytical and innovative problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to excellent service. •Extensive design knowledge and superior portfolio of work. •Demonstrated ability to inspire great work in teams and others. • Thorough understanding of brand and marketing principles. T•The ability to interpret strategies, creative briefs, and marketing plans. Knowledge of design production processes and procedures. •Experience in Flash Design. High level of awareness of web standards and accessibility. Demonstrated proficiency and capabilities with personal computers (Mac and PC), software and the Web. •BFA in graphic design or creative arts or BA/BS in related field such as marketing or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
