Job Function:

The primary function of the Digital Account Executive will be the daily management and coordination of various accounts, integrated marketing projects and campaigns. Individual will serve as a key point of contact between the agency and the clients; and must be able to provide effective direction to ensure that the agency is properly managing client expectations. The DAE should be extremely well-organized, detail-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines, and able to handle numerous responsibilities and projects at one. The DAE should possess excellent written, verbal, and math skills. Experience with third party ad serving platforms, Google adwords, and SEO campaigns is required.

1.Maintain day-to-day client relationships through management and communication skills;
2.Work and respond quickly to clients, publishers and internal teams/personnel;
3.Manage multiple accounts/campaigns, overseeing timelines and escalating deliverables;
4.Proactively produce work in a timely manner and in a suitable format;
5.Contribute to team and client meetings as appropriate;
6.Propose solutions and recommendations to streamline and optimize communication and processes;
7.Testing digital creative and proofreading copy, artwork and proofs to ensure that all materials are accurate;
8.Receiving/maintaining traffic instructions;
9.Gathering/maintaining media technical specs;
10.Creating and revising media plan flowcharts based on client’s various initiatives;
11.The DAE will be responsible for pulling basic media research, gathering contacts, rates and audience/traffic data;
12.The DAE will assist with all campaign reporting, ad trafficking and campaign implementation;
13.Must have/develop/keep a strong knowledge of third party as serving platforms (Point Roll, Sizmek), and/or any other tracking and reporting platform used by agency. Training possible as needed;
14.Maintaining all agency standards for accuracy, clarity, honesty and appearance of internal and external communications. Understand that, in an image business, the look of our materials and work conveys the quality and care we put in their contents;
15.The DAE needs to be organized, independent, hardworking, self-starting and ambitious.
