This Web/Graphic Design position will give you the both the challenge of web as well as print. We are looking for a versatile designer who can easily move between both when the need occurs. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to help develop and maintain email templates, ensuring they work across multiple browsers using testing software, as well monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns. Additional responsibilities include assisting with the creation of web graphics using flash and working with the web developer on any other graphics that would enhance the appearance of creditunions.com. Will assist the Sr. web designer to update content on additional micro sites as well as the opportunity to design other websites when the opportunity arises.

You should have working knowledge of applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Dreamweaver (or some form of HTML editor).

Experience with WordPress or other Content Management Systems for e-commerce platforms and a good understanding of SEO are an advantage.

Day to day responsibilities:
•Assist the Sr. Website Designer in day-to-day site web updates
•Designs digitized images, banners, bullets, charts, image maps and other graphics to enhance appearance of print and online publications
•Designs, develops and implements HTML emails including rigorous testing and monitoring of email marketing campaign performance to drive traffic and conversion
•Updates existing InDesign templates.

Requirements:
•Experience: basic web programming (Classic ASP, .NET Framework), CSS, JavaScript, HTML.
•Demonstrated experience with web development and site architecture. Experience with Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop.
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
•Strong attention to detail.
