•Provides assistance to the Director of Business Affairs by redlining photographer agreements and helping their assignment representatives by suggesting revisions to agreements and contracts with magazines, their publishers, and talent representatives.
•Review and negotiate a wide range of licensing and syndication agreements for Company represented artists, including magazine contributor agreements, book agreements, celebrity and talent releases, advertising agreements and standard image licensing agreements, across all media
•Supervise and assist licensing agents with contract inquiries, including advising on contract interpretation, specifically, exclusivity terms, non-compete and other contractual restrictions
•Supervise the management and administration of all editorial contracts to facilitate access to editorial contracts
•Liaise with the Director of Business Affairs on contract negotiations as needed
•Pursue and track copyright infringements on behalf of our photographers by sending DMCA takedown notices, Cease & Desist Letters, and/or coordinating with the Director of Business Affairs

•Well versed in copyright law and contract interpretation
•Excellent understanding of legal contract terms is required
•Knowledge of copyright law as it relates to the publishing industry, photographers, and visual artists strongly preferred
•Flexibility and willingness to take on new projects as company grows in addition to day-to-day responsibilities
•Comfortable interacting and communicating with photographers, studio managers, editors, agents, legal counsels, publicists, etc.
•Familiarity with artist representation/management and the print and digital publishing industries
•Must be versed in MAC environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
