Wenner Media is seeking a motivated Audience Development Coordinator to help support the Audience Development team across all three of its digital properties: Rolling Stone, Us Weekly, and Men’s Journal. The ideal candidate is passionate about our brands, willing to drive projects across the organization, and eager to learn the ins and outs of email marketing and partnership management. This person will be trained by the team to assist with various ongoing projects and must be a quick learner with the ability to work autonomously.


  • Manage and optimize email deployments from start to finish. Tasks include building emails from templates, quality assurance testing, creating segmentations, and conducting post-deployment analysis
  • Assist with list cleansing, maintenance and data synchronization to ensure CAN-SPAM compliance is met
  • Conduct ongoing deliverability monitoring for brands
  • Track, measure and analyze campaign performance. Responsibilities also include ad hoc and monthly reporting/analysis
  • Help manage various digital syndication, traffic, and social partnerships to ensure that all parties deliver on their respective obligations
  • Pitch content regularly to key partners ensuring that major breaking news and exclusives are communicated to partners on a timely basis


  • Bachelor's degree required (BA/BS)
  • 1-2 years prior internship experience required, preferably with a media organization or startup
  • Extraordinary attention to detail required
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and willing/able to adjust to changing demands and shifting priorities
  • Strong work ethic, self-starter and highly motivated to work with the team to reach performance KPIs and revenue goals
  • Passion for digital media with a desire to constantly learn
