Ad Operations
The Mommy Poppins Ad Operations team is responsible for trafficking, scheduling, monitoring, optimizing and reporting on ad campaigns on our network of regional sites. Digital Ad Operations Associate

We are looking for an online digital media Ad Operations Associate who is a self-motivated, solution oriented, team player excited by the opportunity to grow with our team.

The primary responsibility of the Ad Operations Associate will be to manage submissions to our business directory. Associate will process, edit, research and publish new and renewing listings. The job requires immense attention to detail, organization, juggling many moving parts, as well as good communication and customer service skills. In addition to managing directory submissions, the Associate will assist the Ad Operations team.


  • Manage Directory submissions, publishing, customer service and workflow.
  • Assist with ad serving, trafficking creatives, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Utilize Excel, Google Sheets and other tools to maintain efficient and accurate workflow.
  • Attend weekly sales team meetings.
  • Provide reporting and updates as needed.

  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation).

  • Fast learner and reliable, efficient worker.

  • Ability to manage time and stay motivated in telecommuting position


  • 1-3 years relevant work experience (background in advertising or analytics preferred).
  • Must be available at least 20 hours with potential for more.
  • Have a desktop computer with high speed internet access. (A laptop is not sufficient).
  • Familiarity with ad serving technologies, like DFP, a strong plus

Position Overview:

This job is a 100% work from home contract job with flexible hours, but you must be available a minimum of 20 hours per week.
