Formula4Media, LLC is an eleven-year-young and growing B2B media company. We recently launched two new magazines (we have a total of 9) covering all aspect of retailing sports, sports fashion, footwear, outdoors, running and more. One of our trade shows has been recognized as one of the Fastest Growing Trade Shows in the U.S. for the past 4 years.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity/Interest with the running industry is highly recommended
Able to meet deadlines and have strong organizational skills
Must work well individually and as a part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and social media. Knowledge of salesforce.com a plus.
The following list of responsibilities is not necessarily exhaustive, nor definitive, but serves to help you understand the nature of your role. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner and have some experience of trade show activity. Attention to detail and the ability to plan are essential attributes.
Work with Trade Show Director to organize and plan events
Create and distribute all invitations through email and social media outlets
Manage registration lists and RSVP lists
Coordinate with Trade Show Director and marketing team to produce all necessary pre-show and on-site materials
Create and distribute media alerts
Manage on-site promotions and sponsorships
