SourceMedia’s Demand Generation team is looking for an experienced marketer to oversee and bring innovative ideas and solutions to our Demand Generation campaigns on behalf of our clients. Reporting to the Director of Client Demand Generation, the Demand Generation Manager will play a key role in the company’s growing demand gen business.

Beyond being just a program manager who will manage all aspects of our marketing and email campaigns, including campaign set-up, template creation, and working directly with clients on Account Based Marketing and lead nurturing campaigns, we are looking for an individual who brings strategic thought and insights into a rapidly evolving marketing specialty.

If you believe you have the skills to manage campaigns and bring strategic thought to the role this position would be ideal for you. You will promote web seminars and content syndication through email, marketing automation and social strategies creating scalable demand generation campaigns to create a pipeline of qualified leads for some of the largest Technology and Fortune 100 companies. This role will serve as a key member of a creative, fast paced team that is taking leaps in the challenging world of demand generation.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about marketing and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

∙    Oversee and launch innovative and high impact content syndication and web seminar marketing programs

∙    Devise and implement campaign testing, targeting, and segmentation to maximize lead acquisition and conversion

∙    Set up execution and reporting on campaigns for lead management, lead nurturing and lead scoring

∙    Work with senior management to optimize and A/B test lead nurturing programs with the goal of continuously enhancing client driven programs

∙    Interact directly with clients while executing their programs

∙    Manage multiple programs and setups with a goal of delivering revenue and success for our clients

Qualifications:                                                                                                                                                                                                

∙    Candidate must be detail-oriented with outstanding communication, organization and analytical skills

∙    Candidate must be an enthusiastic, creative thinker and team player

∙    Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced media environment and sensitive to project deadlines

∙    Strong writing and verbal communications skills are essential in this role

∙    Candidate must be comfortable working directly with clients executing high level campaigns

Education/Experience:

∙    3-5 years relevant experience

∙    4-year college degree required

∙   Passion for marketing and the media business

∙   Creative thinking capabilities; Interest/desire to learn and adopt new marketing strategies and tactics

∙   Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel

∙   Knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua
