This is a senior level position intended to come up with new strategic initiatives to increase digital sales and reduce calls from customers utilizing My Verizon and Support. This position will need to identify My Verizon specific offers that will entice customers to purchase while enhancing their loyalty to Verizon.  Additionally, this position will need to develop programs that encourage ongoing engagement with the digital properties, primarily the Mobile First App. To achieve the sales and call reduction targets for digital this year, this position will need to identify offers, develop business cases, negotiate with internal stakeholder and vendors, communicate with executives and drive initiatives to completion and measure the results.

Ideate new strategic initiatives using segmentation data

Develop compelling reasons for customers to use self serve as primary resource

Create strategic engagement roadmap with goal of achieving 80% app utilization.

Socialize strategic initiatives with stakeholders.

Compute revenue financials in monthly/yearly increments up to 5 years


Must have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Six or more years of relevant experience
  • Ecommerce experience

Ideally, you'll also have:


  • MBA
  • Excellent command of microsoft office products, excel, ppt
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience leading project teams and operations team
  • Digital analytics monitoring experience
  • CRM experience
  • Business Case authoring experience
  • Strategic Initiation experience
