What you’ll be doing...


Verizon Telematics REVEAL fleet tracking and management is used by more than 40,000 business worldwide—most of whom have fleets smaller than 20 vehicles. We are seeking a Product Manager to focus on our core small business (SMB) customer segment and deliver effective product programs that help create loyal customers achieving great ROI and new levels of visibility into their business operations in the field.

Responsibilities


Job Responsibilities:
The right candidate will be focused immediately on achieving the following outcomes:
•Becoming an SME on the customer experience and broader market that can identify key customer problems that need to be solved to win in our space
•Becoming the source of quality product and competitive positioning along with core messaging around key market problems facing SMB customers
•Participate in the development and execution of a live product roadmap with Agile/Lean engineering and delivery
•Manage key elements of the REVEAL product and related portfolio in terms of revenue, customer satisfaction and life-cycle management.
•Support the evaluation and business case development around potential programs, partnerships or technology enhancements
•Establishing and maintaining a prioritized backlog of product priorities for the SMB customer base to leverage during roadmap planning
•Support internal stakeholders and key function areas like Sales, Marketing, Customer Support and IT Operations around product updates, launches and feedback into the living roadmap.
•Performs any other job duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

•5 years in Product Management or related roles
•Bachelor's degree required, with preference towards Business, Communications, Marketing or Engineering. MBA strongly preferred
•Thought Leadership:
oIncluding strategic thinking, technical skills & knowledge around SaaS software and B2B customers
oStrong analytical capabilities, and has a proven record of competitive product positioning. This person has a reputation for aligning innovation goals with business objectives.
•Relationship Building:
oStrong cross-functional relationships must be developed and maintained. This person must be able to influence and motivate those around them without direct reporting authority.
•Communication:
oClearly, crisply articulating the issues and make strong business case arguments at the right time
oListening and presentation skills that work with customers, prospects and cross-functional teams

•Results Leadership:
•Exhibit high energy, confidence, competitiveness and focus. Demonstrates daily the ability to balance multiple dynamic priorities and produce positive outcomes
