Job Summary:
Leverage database and analytical tools to create strategies and programs contributing to LF’s audience growth objectives across all brands. Create and implement programs to drive brand awareness, buzz and conversions for our website, social pages, events and newsletter and print subscription programs through multi-channel efforts. Analyze and report on online audience behavior; recommend strategies to grow and optimize online conversion rates. Deliver clear and timely reports on audience metrics and behavior to internal team. Help coordinate and optimize audience development campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Generate solutions for new audience growth programs for newsletters, social media, website and print through email, social, SEM, SEO, backlinks, and events
  • Produce and execute email campaigns for new acquisition, reengagement and cross brand promotions
  • Manage on-site promotions for audience profiling and audience conversions
  • Performs analysis of online traffic metrics and user patterns; suggests and implements content marketing strategies to increase conversion rates
  • Work with marketing and events management to execute event marketing programs through paid social media and email programs
  • Provide monthly and quarterly audience and database analyses


  • At least 3 years’ experience in audience development, e-media promotions, marketing, or related position
  • Must have strong combination of creative and analytical skills to both create promotions and analyze them
  • Strong grasp of social platforms and how difference audiences are consuming data – paid social advertising experience needed
  • Prior experience creating and implementing solutions to drive more visitors through social media, newsletters, natural search and paid traffic acquisition
  • Must be able to use data for strategic marketing and planning rather than only data reporting
  • Strong Excel skills
  • HTML experience recommended
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
