Sr Graphic Designer
Strategy+Style Marketing Group is a small, but powerful strategic partner in the fashion retail space and has a unique opportunity for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. We are a very different kind of an agency and if you’re looking for a change of pace from the typical agency structure, then this could be a good fit for you. We work fast, but smart… efficiently, but still highly effective and simply, we do a great job and get it done all between the hours of 9-5. We primarily design and produce stunning creative for Retail and Shopping Centers both on the consumer and business development sides and are currently branching out our business into other areas as well.

Working independently is a must-have skill. You will work closely with the Creative Services Manager and account team for direction, but being able to take initiative, plan ahead and anticipate client needs as well as managing your own time and workflow are key to the success of this position. We are looking for someone with at least 5-7 years of experience at either an agency or in-house creative department who can handle the following responsibilities with expertise and ease:
Strong design portfolio (Imagery, Typography, Layout, Branding) Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Creative
Cloud, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge, Acrobat)
Ability to take an existing brand and creative assets and adapt and re-format design elements among many different pieces of collateral (Print and Digital)
Ability to keep track of your projects, timelines and deadlines and continually communicate them with the team
Very strong production skills in both print and digital (Web design skills are a plus, but not required)
Ability to operate and design within and for digital platforms such as Constant Contact (email marketing) and Squarespace (Websites)
Strong visual sensibility for fashion and the ability to search and acquire stock imagery to match a certain aesthetic or be able to find the “diamonds in the rough”
Must possess strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple projects for different clients at the same time
Execute creative materials in a timely manner ahead of deadlines according to media purchase schedules per each client
Superb organizational skills and file management
Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
