Digital Media Trafficker/Ad Trafficker

Do you enjoy digital media? Are you also able to provide high level customer service in a fast paced environment? If so then we have the job for you. William Reed is actively recruiting for a Digital Media Trafficker to join our buzzing office in Chicago. You will be responsible for the accurate trafficking of our clients’ digital display advertising. This covers everything from newsletters to websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining strong customer relationships and providing expert customer service.
  • Working on digital campaigns
  • Setting up new insertions on various ad servers (mainly Google DFP)
  • Ensuring that our advertising campaigns and newsletters are sent out according to schedule

Skills required:

  • Experience using Google DFP is highly desirable
  • An interest in digital media, ad servers and trafficking
  • Proactive and highly organized individual
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong relationship builder
