Job Description:
Our CPG client in The Woodlands is looking to hire a Director of Digital Marketing. This is a full-time opportunity.

As the Director of Digital Marketing, you will have 7+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or advertising, preferably both for an agency and in-house. We are looking for someone with a strong background in SEO/ SEM, e-commerce, web analytics and mobile platforms.

Required responsibilities include:
+ Manage a team of 4 direct reports
+ Partner with IT and cross functional teams to manage all things on website/digital
+ Manage programs, projects and email/SMS vendors daily
+ Developing solid mobile strategies
+ Oversee and develop content calendar
+ Tracking data and presenting new ideas
+ Projecting trends in digital marketing/ e-Commerce
+ Keep teams up-to-date on latest technology
+ Able to report and track web analytics
+ Webmaster Tools, Keyword Tool, and Google Analytics
+ Understanding of responsive HTML development

Experience required:
+ Bachelors degree
+ 7+ years digital marketing (email, SEO, SMS)
+ e-Commerce platforms (Magento)
+ Knowledge of HTML and CSS

Must thrive in a fast paced environment and be ready to roll up your sleeves and deliver strategic and tactical insights with minimal guidance. Must have strong analytical skills and be an excellent communicator.
