Job Function: 
Contributes to the ecommerce marketing department by creating, managing and maintaining web content and graphics, managing projects and preparing analysis.

Key Objectives:
• Maintain all website content (products, stores, departments, landing pages, home pages, product reviews, etc.)
• Lead technical and art direction for site migrations and microsites development
• Art Direction of web properties and digital assets
• Assist in management of internet marketing programs 
• Act as liaison between web marketing and sales to improve customer experience
• Manage web content staff

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain the look and feel for current web sites and update all content 
• Create and implement landing pages and product pages ensuring optimized content
• Lead research and development team for site optimization (including A/B Split Testing)
• Manage and direct; new product set-up, image optimization, seasonal updates pricing, source code changes and day-to-day content maintenance and updates.
• Direct the migration and future evolution of brand websites, making technical recommendations, building design templates and maintaining the continuity of each Brand
• Evaluate site bugs and enhancements
• Work with implementation partners to understand the level of each enhancement for the best ROI
• Optimize and manage site search 
• Utilize Endecca software to build dynamic content pages and search results
• Supervise and maintain Product Reviews program
• Meet with internet marketing, IT, and sales staff to address and resolve technical problems, and discuss new directions, ideas and technology
• Communicate with web development team to improve website functionality and troubleshoot problems 
• Analyze web page structures and implement recommendations to increase performance
• Act as web trainer for site maintenance interfaces
• Must be able to continuously monitor industry trends, technologies, and standards and be able to research, recommend, and apply new content, feature and service ideas as they emerge.
• Nurture and develop internal as well as external marketing professionals, designers and consultants
• Maintain and update all search engine optimization efforts for the websites.

• Must be a self-starter and extremely web savvy

• Multi-tasker
• Be able to work hand-in-hand with sales, marketing and technical teams in multiple departments or equally as well independently on a project-by-project basis
• Accuracy in reviewing, analyzing and reporting performance data
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures and adapt to ever changing environment of the web
• Ability to juggle multiple projects andcat change gears quickly

Education/Experience Required:
• Bachelors Degree
• 7+ years experience managing content on a Web property
• 7+ years experience with Adobe programs for optimizing images, graphics and other documents for web use (GIF, JPG, PDF)
• A core understanding of hand-coded HTML and CSS.
• Experience with an enterprise level content management system a big plus
• Experience working in an online ecommerce marketing environment 
• Experience managing and leading a team of creative and technical individuals
• Must have digital art direction experience
• Proficiency in Excel required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project
• Extensive use of computer and internet
