The Senior Account Executive is responsible for day-to-day management of client deliverables, helping to ensure the team stays on track and executes on time and in budget. You'll be managing multiple clients at various stages—some have been running digital advertising campaigns for a year, some have yet to run a single Facebook ad. Some have Instagram accounts, some have only Twitter and LinkedIn. Still others are rebranding and buying up subway ads. At any given moment, you'll be able to rattle off where each client stands and what the next five deliverables are. You also like to get your hands dirty. You don't just track progress, you make progress. You leave a morning meeting with 5 to-do's, and 3 are done by lunch. You pick up the phone and call clients when needed, you use your friendliest voice to hound colleagues about deadlines, and your nudge game is on point. More About You:

  • 3+ years managing client accounts at a communications or advertising firm, real estate experience strongly preferred
  • Impeccable attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • You can efficiently and effectively manage internal resources, external resources, and clients
  • You've been intimately involved in comprehensive advertising campaigns for clients, including digital, print, and OOH (preferably in that order)
  • Delegation is a strong suit, but taking on work and executing is stronger
  • Collaborative, sense of humor, believe in the power of media in today's media-saturated world
