As a Director of Audience Growth, you will shape and execute the CNBC Events audience acquisition strategy for the global leader in business news and money-themed content. You will implement the tools, technologies and tactics that are most successful in identifying, communicating with and delivering C-Suite audiences to CNBC's events, ensuring an impressive audience of senior executives and thought leaders. You will use data-driven approaches to optimize the mix of outreach to best leverage CNBC's brand and platforms to drive event awareness and audience attendance. * Deliver required C-Suite and thought leader audiences to ensure event success and sponsor satisfaction * Identify and implement technology and analytics vendors and processes to most efficiently and effectively drive event attendance * Construct potential attendee databases for each CNBC Event * Execute cross-platform outreach, including phone, email, digital, TV and social, measuring and optimizing outreach mix based on performance * Work cross-functionally with the broader Events team to ensure timelines reflect best practices to maximize audience acquisition * Create post-event surveys to measure attendee satisfaction and report key takeaways * Provide thought leadership in developing audience growth strategy opportunities for CNBC Events based on expertise and understanding of industry landscape, trends and competitors * As a voice of the attendee, drive innovation around how we produce, market and execute events to address changes in content consumption and monetization

* Minimum of 5 years in booking, audience acquisition, ideally in media or events * Must be willing to work in Englewood Cliffs, NJ-perks include free shuttle, free gym, dry cleaning/shoe shine services, full-service cafeteria, food trucks, and more!

* Motivated self-starter with strong time management skills, ability to think strategically, perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects * Senior-level presence and poise and comfort engaging with executives * Experience operating within cross-functional teams * Data-driven mentality with superior strategic, analytical, organizational and leadership skills * Excellent communication skills; ability to concisely communicate value propositions to senior executives * A demonstrated track record of success in forging and developing excellent relationship with key stakeholders. * Intellectual curiosity about and passion for media/entertainment and live events
