What you’ll be doing...The Operations Manager for the Core Segments team will develop a framework based on human centric design concepts that enables managers ideating value propositions for Core Segments to map out project plans that meet corporate revenue objectives, evolve campaigns based on customer feedback and include clear success metrics. The overall plan should also drive corresponding project plans including tools and approach for the full 2018 campaign lifecycle. You will position the team for comprehensive, meaningful reporting and execution on plan. Your function will include oversight on business requirements and IT development work.
- Interface with Partner Teams, channeling strong, clear direction from Value Proposition team to Product Management and Marketing, Operations/Delivery teams. Critically assess current state process and identify solutions to improve on key metrics like cost efficiency, on-time execution of campaigns and delivery of revenue targets. Ensure that all areas of client concern are addressed and actioned upon. Reporting: Ensure that all financial metrics are up to date and understood, including: Sales bookings and revenue, MQLs and other campaign results, participation rates, funnel data, campaign dashboards.
- Refine Customer Experience strategy including ensuring that customer journey is documented, ensuring robust feedback loops at customer touch points. The plan will feed success measures, inform future development and drive continuous improvement consistent campaign project plans.

Presented findings and insights targeted to what that audience cares about (up to the executive level). Specifically around new value propositions & plans we take to market.Analyzed what’s important from a variety of sources to provide a holistic view of the marketplace, competitive factors, risks, and opportunities. You will create tools if they don’t exist.Designed custom research approaches to gain broader or deeper consumer and market insights.Translated market knowledge and strategy into compelling stories and tools for the sales team.
