What you’ll be doing...

Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, Demand Generation, you’ll be leading project teams in the planning and execution of highly complex projects to deliver new campaign initiatives. You’ll manage the project schedule, campaign messaging, risks/dependencies and coordinate across organizations to ensure the right cadence of progress towards milestones to achieve on-time performance. This includes removing impediments, using project management methodologies, and supporting daily, sprint and weekly review sessions.

You’ll leverage your experience as a Campaign Manager and knowledge of project management methodologies to formulate the best approach to manage the project and motivate the team to deliver business value. You should demonstrate strong leadership, team building and communication skills and experience with project planning and execution.

You’ll be supporting projects in the Business Communications product portfolio, initially in the dynamic area of Software Defined Networking and Network Function Virtualization.

Based on input from key stakeholders, execution subject matter experts and our marketing calendar, you develop campaign and project execution briefings which lay out the creative strategy, program flows, production and execution timelines for campaigns, events and product launches for your assigned business area. You will be responsible for managing the briefing process to ensure all needed information for a smooth production and execution has been provided to all stakeholders.

You have the proven ability to develop plans to support strategic goals.

You'll need to have:

    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design or a related field of study, or four or more years of work experience.Six or more years of relevant work experience.Experience in B2B marketing, marketing communications, creative services.
Even better if you have:

    A degree.Experience producing marketing assets to support impactful marketing campaigns and sales at each stage of the customer buy cycle.Experience managing creative agencies and the agency briefing process.Strong project management skills in marketing or agency settings.Strong understanding and demonstrated use of effective B2B marketing communications principles and strategies.Prior experience as portfolio and/or program/project manager managing highly complex projects through campaign development framework to successfully deliver market ready campaigns.Knowledge of traditional project management methodologies and an ability to tailor best practices to project teams to deliver business value.Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Aptitude for networking and developing cross functional relationships.High level of creative and design skills. Experience developing, managing and executing results-driven integrated marketing plans.Experience in managing agencies.
