What you’ll be doing...Team Responsibilities
- Drive growth in customers through social and mobile marketingCost of acquisition performance managementPromotion developmentContent and social marketingSocial network integration and presenceDrive innovation in customer acquisition targeting, tools, technology and offers
- Develop customer acquisition campaigns across mobile and social channelsMeasure performance of campaigns, develop A/B testing approaches – in messaging, media and offers - and optimize Drive innovation in targeting tools, technologies and offersBuy media to support campaigns and work towards “right customer, right message, right time”Create and manage a lead conversion funnel from social followersMonitor sales performance, identify opportunities & trendsMeet cost of acquisition target goals
What we’re looking for...Qualifications
- Be both a left-brain and right brained thinker – an ability to think creatively and build campaigns, but with the quantitative skills to analyze detailed campaign performance dataDemonstrated experience in creative digital marketing ideas and campaigns4+ years in mobile and/or digital acquisition marketing including media buying2+ years of working in consumer product and/or technology brandsDirect experience using some combination of the following: AdWords, Bing, Display (GDN, Doubleclick, RTB), retargeting (Google, AdRoll, Criteo), Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, ideally with mobile app campaigns
