Brand Associate (Temporary Position)


  • Brand Center Website:
    • Align inventory with lock-ups on the Brand Center, making appropriate corrections and uploading lock-ups and other materials as needed
    • Make other adjustments to Brand Center website as needed (change out photos, examples of swag, etc.)
    • Assist in responding to Brand Center inquiries
    • Complete inventory of logo lock-ups needed for current institutional units
    • Work with outside designer to develop necessary lock-ups
    • Assist in fulfilling requests for promotional items
    • Assist Brand Manager in copy development and design for fact sheets, brochures, flyers, posters and other branded materials
  • Support Brand Manager in preparing competitive research on peer organizations
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties and administrative duties as requested

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, branding, design or a related field
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience in managing creative projects
  • Experience working with and briefing a graphic designer
  • Experience in working in an office environment
