BlueSoHo, a rapidly growing division of Quad/Graphics, is looking for an innovative and dynamic Director of Video Production to spearhead the advancement of our video solutions.  BlueSoHo is focused on bridging analog and digital marketing worlds to help deliver our clients more personal, relevant brand experiences by engaging customers at the right place and time and includes multiple business groups from insights and analytics to creative services, strategic account management and more.  More information can be found at www.blue-soho.com.

 

The Director of Video Production will be able to lead the strategic and operational oversight of the video business and possess the following qualifications and skills: 

 

  • Ability to lead the development of the business ensuring appropriate staffing, skillsets and process improvements
  • Proposal creation and review
  • Management of all talent and phases of production and post-production across multiple locations
  • Ability to work closely with clients, account teams and talent to provide strategic, creative direction and final delivery of all video solutions
  • Travel as needed to support client projects

We are looking for the ideal video professional who will enjoy leading in a quickly evolving agency and be able to demonstrate the ability to work under our mantra to “Think Faster.  Grow Smarter.”

 

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in production, communication, marketing or equivalent field of study and a minimum of ten years related experience, preferably in an agency environment. Cutting-edge knowledge of industry trends for national/international audiences is also required.
