Must be able to design within an established brand identity yet think creatively to extend the brand in relevant, meaningful ways that will bring in results. We are looking for a passionate team member that shows up every day looking to create innovative marketing solutions through better thinking and design. This designer is able to handle heavy digital production work—and lives to tackle new and exciting challenges within a dynamic, fast-paced agency environment in San Francisco. 

• Work on a range of accounts from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, from B2C to B2B, that result in engaging and remarkable experiences 
• Will report to an Associate Creative Director or Creative Director 
• Extend conceptual ideas into compelling design and marketing solutions that represent a client’s brand and additional marketing initiatives 
• Monitor emerging trends in interactive technologies, content marketing, graphic design, user experience, marketing tactics 
• Execute on design projects, from concept through completion 
• Manage and prioritize projects to ensure flawless delivery 

• Layout skills, mastery of typography, color theory, and the fundamentals of graphic and interactive design; free-form illustration skills, and versatility in style 
• Proven ability to deliver creative design solutions within the constraints of available media 
• Ability to collaborate with others to deliver professional, pixel-perfect final products 
• Confidence to effectively describe and present design ideas and recommendations to various contacts 
• Strong problem-solving skills 
• Ability to work seamlessly in a team environment, with team members across all disciplines (Account, Creative, Planning, Technology, Project Management) 
• Self-starting and adaptive work style 
• Fundamental understanding of UX 
• Online portfolio containing commercial graphic design, and web design 
• Expert in use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) 
• Working knowledge of front-end code, remaining Adobe CS tools, drawing/storyboarding 
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree 
• Minimum of 2 years graphic design experience working within an agency or studio setting
