Local Sales Fulfillment Specialist administers complex and or multi-platform strategic sales and marketing campaigns, and executes social media contesting. Additionally, works with the Creative Services team on Sales production from ideation to execution.

Job Duties
  • Manage post-buy fulfillment of business development, multi-platform and/or other complex deals.
  • Organize and schedule all aspects of a campaign in a succinct and easy-to-understand manner
  • Coordinate the planning, implementation and status reporting of all phases of campaign
  • Serve as main point of contact for all campaign related issues
  • Interface with production, where needed, to ensure delivery of creative elements per the timeline
  • Identify and minimize potential problems throughout campaign and find solutions
  • Compile and summarize campaign posts for client
  • Facilitate communication and expectation management with exterior clients and community partners.
  • Field work with production team on commercial shoots

    Basic Qualifications
  • Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Proficient at written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Proficiency in TV and/or digital sales/traffic systems
  • Previous professional experience in television production, ad sales or marketing
  • Exceptional communication, project management and presentation skills.
  • Superior organizational skills - must thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Photoshop and After Effects experience
  • Previous creative/production experience
  • Creative thinker able to conceptualize and organize solutions for clients/partnerships
