Job Summary
This is a role for content creators. This person will work with NBC’s programming to create digital content with a priority on engagement. This content should be targeted at fans and will be about getting them to share, like, comment, tag, etc. You must be able to take a concept from idea through execution and lead a dynamic team of creative individuals.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Being able to ideate, develop, and execute digital video projects
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and their features
  • Relationships with digital publishers, creative agencies, vendors, and talent
  • Collaborate with the Head of Creative, Social Team, Brand Strategists, Programming Executives, Show Producers to ensure all assets are developed and executed to represent the program and the goals.
  • Lead cross divisional teams
  • Strong writing and verbal skills
  • Be able to formulate and present ideas to peers and senior management
  • Direct in-house and out-of-house resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality
  • Be a thought leader in creative brainstorms
  • Comfortable in a production environment and post-production suite
  • Able to direct video content
  • Provide support and direction for outside agencies and vendors
  • Design and implement digital holistic digital content strategies to support a television show

    Basic Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree in a creative discipline
  • 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Have a creative portfolio to share
  • Good verbal, written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as good interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Leadership skills a must
  • Innovative, creative thinker with strong problem solving skills; ability to visualize, create and deliver
  • Familiar with various post-production tools and software
