Role Purpose
We’re looking for an outstanding marketing manager with media buying and optimization experience to join our team. Craftsy has been at the forefront of content and commerce since we launched our product in 2011 and we want you to help drive us to the next frontier. This is the perfect job for you if you get excited about performance based marketing, are interested in hypothesizing media solutions that can be validated by data, and want to have ownership of media spend that ties to business growth.  

Responsibilities
• Own media optimization and spend on across our acquisition marketing channels (social, display, search)
• Analyze media spend, breakdown campaign performance, and summarize results for key stakeholders
• Conceive media hypotheses and creative tests and execute new campaign deployments
• Manage and drive performance through agency partnerships
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on campaign messaging, creative & site experience
• Proficiency in excel (vlookups, sumifs, pivots, etc.)
• Proficiency in analytics tools (looker, google analytics, etc.)

Basic Qualifications
• 3+ years display, search, or social media buying experience at an agency or performance focused brand
• Highly analytical and looking to drive impact in a high growth business
• Driven to continuously meet challenging business goals
• Values accountability and will take ownership of their work
• Is energized by the idea of working in a fast-paced, ever-changing & fun work environment
• Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice as needed
