Own acquisition channels from start to finish: identify promising channels, execute against channel strategy, and optimize with focus on ROI.
As Sr. Manager, CRM you will play a critical role as a strategic leader in growing the GolfNow database and driving both revenue and engagement through high-quality leads. The Sr. Manager, CRM will create orchestrated, cross-channel programs to reach golfers across multiple devices to drive acquisition and win-back. You will be responsible for owning the management, measurement and optimization of our new golfer funnel and will work to translate our core message and goals into a coherent and effective golfer acquisition strategy.
Conceptualize innovative marketing programs focused specifically on high-value golfer acquisition and re-activation.
Monitor and report initiative effectiveness vs. KPIs: CTR, cost per acquisition, conversion, and more.
Constantly measure and strategize to improve lead generation, digital engagement, email and mobile opt-ins, reactivations and customer experiences.
Work closely with Strategy & Insights teams to understand golfer segmentation, personas, look-alike modeling and behaviors to leverage in acquisition initiatives.
Own project management and cross-functional acquisition program development workflow with Brand Marketing, Technology, Analytics and Creative Teams.
Work closely with Data Services team to strategize and prioritize database objects, source tagging, attribution and data consolidation needs.
Understand the sources of data that feed into our CRM and recommend how best to collect and organize this data.
Continually test new user acquisition channels and optimization opportunities to drive improved performance.
Work with Strategy & Insights teams to drive target market and new golfer research, to bring a deep understanding of our best prospective golfers to the team and company as a whole.
Own the development and testing of lead capture forms and processes on different channels, devices and multiple platforms.

At least 5+ years of experience in marketing which include a combination of CRM acquisition and retention / engagement focus in a consumer oriented business.
BS/BA degree required in Business, Marketing or related field.
Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of marketing strategy tactics across all channels, including: web, mobile, customer journeys, automations, paid, direct mail, database marketing, events and social.
Tactical experience working with forms, cookies, surveys, newsletters, sweepstakes, videos and referrals.
Experience across digital acquisition channels, offline channels and partnerships.
Proven track record of working at the strategic and tactical level to develop and execute innovative CRM acquisition initiatives.
Willing to experiment fast and change paths as needed.
Experience with marketing automation software and integration with CRM systems is a plus.
Must have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, managing several projects simultaneously and setting priorities
Experience with Tableau is a plus.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products
