What you’ll be doing...

Team Responsibilities

Product management throughout the full product lifecycle - from analysis to intent creation to execution, strategy, and then the user feedback loop

Drive and develop concept and prototyping efforts in a test and learn environment, based on business requirements and user needs.

Maintain awareness of competitors’ detailed product offerings and identify whether and how to address competitive response from a product/experience standpoint

Ensure the company is on the leading edge of product features by taking advantage of latest technologies, both within the wireless industry, but also as compared to leading mobile application

Participate and drive research, data analysis and insight synthesis.

Partner with marketing and technology functions to design and express the value proposition

Work alongside UX/UI designers developers in all customer touchpoints

Balance needs of customers and internal stakeholders to deliver measurable value

Role Responsibilities

Understand role of web and native mobile applications in purchasing recurring services foron segmented demographic

Understand financial and regulatory nuances of offering pre-paid, pro-rated, post-paid subscription services to consumers.

Identify opportunities and uncover untapped needs through customer research and interaction data partnering with designers, researchers, strategists in a combination of internal and external sources.

Focus on the marketability of the product/experiences and drive a marketing strategy for its adoption

Working with multi-disciplined teams, turning concepts into simple, intuitive experiences that serve our business’ and customer’s needs

Assist customer care team in defining the supported use cases

Strong technical skills - work side by side with the technology team to clearly defined roadmaps and outcomes

Strong execution skills - able to plan and organize a project and lead it towards completion

What we’re looking for...

At least 5 years of experience in digital product management and a passion for digital disruptors

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, finance, or psychology

5 years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

3-5 years of experience in agile product management

Pragmatic Marketing training preferred
