Measure and optimize paid search, display, video advertising, direct response, and paid social campaignsCraft and implement innovative multi-channel acquisition campaignsPromote continual creative improvement and lead programs to expected ROI with an understanding of cost of acquisition, retention and lifetime valueAnalyze campaign results and structure tests to improve performance and conversions.Manage the daily, weekly, and quarterly reporting of campaign results that will be communicated to Priv exec team and board of directors.Work cross-functionally with CRM / email, Product, creative, and social media teams to prioritize messaging strategies and campaign goals.Work with product and design to drive landing page optimizations, funnel flow, ad creative and cross-channel, cross-device user experience.Create and implement acquisition testing & learning agenda, drive A/B and multivariate testing programs to continually improve channel performance.
● BA degree in Marketing or related field, MBA a plus
● 4+ years marketing experience in digital & mobile acquisition marketing, customer acquisition, or e-commerce.
● Experience with full-funnel A/B testing and optimizations, including ads, landing pages, user onboarding flow and email remarketing
● A rigorous, data-driven, and highly analytical mindset
● Proven track record of growing and scaling customer acquisition programs.
● Advanced understanding, optimizing and experience with bid management tools, Facebook Power Editor, AdWords, DSPs, and Ad Trafficking
● Demonstrate deep understanding of transactional and mobile app-based businesses and experience working in a ROI, metric-driven role
● Must have excellent project management skills
● Must be able to manage a wide variety of projects.

The Customer Acquisition Manager will be a crucial part of the marketing organization and to Priv as a whole. This position will manage the digital media budget focusing on PPC channels - Facebook, AdWords, & other bid-management platforms. This individual will manage the budget, optimization, execution, reporting, and growth of these channels driving efficient transactions and revenue for the Priv business.
To be successful, you should have a data-first mentality and live and breathe metrics. Understand WHERE to reach our audience and HOW to message to them. Know what makes them click and what happens when they land. You will help lead the charge on optimizing our media mix and customer acquisition funnel.
