We presently have an opportunity to join our organization as a Sr. Video Producer with the PGA TOUR Digital Entertainment department. The Senior Producer is a storyteller, primarily responsible for creating video and graphic content for use on PGA TOUR digital and social channels. Other responsibilities include assistance with management of video on PGATOUR.COM, its mobile apps and related platforms; production of live video on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram; and coordination and planning with the broader PGA TOUR Entertainment production team. The Senior Producer will be expected to generate new franchise ideas and implement on various channels.

Qualified candidates will have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design/motion graphics, video production, visual arts or related area of study required
  • Five to seven years of experience in digital content creation, video production, motion graphics and/or similar field; Experience in production and/or with a digital publisher is preferred
  • Strong understanding of the digital and social media landscape, including creating content for YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and other platforms. Proficiency and/or familiarity with the following software:

            - Video editing: Adobe Premier, Final Cut, AVID or other non-linear editing systems

            - Design/graphics: Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator

  • Background in golf preferred; strong interest in golf required


  • Create fun, interesting and compelling videos, graphics, and GIFs for use on all digital and social channels
  • Work with digital Producers to share content on social channels and/or PGATOUR.COM
  • Support Content Team on identifying and publishing/sharing relevant video from the archives
  • Lead pre-production and production of video content and live video for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
  • Coordinate with the longform video team, identifying content opportunities for social and digital channels
  • Develop editor/on-camera talent schedules and production budgets
  • Manage direct reports, providing day-to-day guidance and career development support
  • Manage and assign freelance producers to fulfill key assignments on-time and on-brand
  • Collaborate with the Digital Sales team on sponsored content opportunities and develop treatments as needed
  • Communicate closely with Content & Sales teams on sponsored content packages, ensuring requirements are met
  • Manage video feeds on PGATOUR.COM and apps to ensure most compelling content is visible to fans
  • Work with Content Team to create unique packages and longer-term projects as events and storylines develop
  • Adhere to brand standards and established voice across platforms
  • Work collaboratively with other content creators; take part in regular creative brainstorming and pitch sessions
  • Utilize available data to make or adjust programming decisions across platforms
  • Available to travel for content creation/management opportunities
  • Available during competition hours, which may include evenings and weekends
  • Adapt to changing editorial conditions in a short time frame
