Job Description


This role reports to our San Francisco office, but works 100% on-site at our client's office in Menlo Park, CA.

Brainrider is looking for an experienced, results-oriented Digital Media Delivery Specialist to join our client-embedded on-site team, working closely with an in-house marketing media team at one of the world's most well-known tech companies. You're a good fit for this role if you are passionate about online advertising, analytics, and driving measurable results at a large scale. 

As an expert with data and technology, you will launch, optimize, and scale global marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of our client's best products and features for businesses. You will primarily use Facebook ads to drive results.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Executing defined Facebook advertising plans to drive awareness and adoption of the client's business solutions
  • Launching and optimizing Facebook Ads to drive short-term and long-term results.
  • Designing and implementing test plans (A/B and multivariate) to understand drivers of response and value.
  • Generating break-through analytical insights that drive significant response improvement, CPA efficiencies, or revenue improvement.
  • Working cross-functionally with multiple internal/external stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns and build world-class marketing infrastructure
  • Owning all aspects of trafficking, optimization, and troubleshooting with a sustained focus on efficiency and scalability
  • Optimizing campaigns and driving reporting and analysis for stakeholders




Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in economics, statistics, computer science, or other quantitative field
  • Strong business acumen and quantitative analytical skills.
  • 2+ years of experience using excel for reporting and analysis
  • 2+ years of experience Facebook ads manager and Power Editor or managed $1Million in ad spend on Facebook
  • Fast Learner – Can achieve power-user status on multiple tools quickly
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative nature

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in related field preferred
  • Basic SQL Skills – Joins, Where clauses, and temp tables
  • Ability to work with cross functional partners
  • Take ownership in the work – have a real craftsman type of mentality


Additional Information


This role reports to our San Francisco office, but works 100% on-site at our client's office in Menlo Park, CA.

Compensation: annual salary of $80,000-$95,000 plus 15 days PTO per year, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and other benefits.
