• Serve as a key leader within the marketing group working directly with the SVP of Content, the Sr. Director of Content Services and each of three Creative Directors within the creative content team
• Influence, design and conceptualize all aspects of design across all promotional deliverables on or off air
• Act as the defender of the brand’s quality and design integrity
• Advise as to the best strategic approaches to design, knowing how to best deliver any message or tone
• Lead all short and long term planning for design projects, campaigns, and other projects with complex deliverables and tight deadlines
• Cultivate relationships with and build an awareness of creative industry professionals
• Develop and coach talent
• Optimize design workflows, identify redundancies and inefficiencies and develop various solutions

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 6 years design experience

  • Minimum of 4 years management experience
  • Minimum of 4 years in media/sports post production
  • Demonstrated experience with editorial and post-production workflow, including 2D motion graphics and 3D animation
  • Strong understanding of 3D workflow including modeling, texturing, rendering and compositing
  • Strong understanding of color, typography, motion and timing
