  • Lead the execution of corporate marketing initiatives including but not limited to; presentations, event organization and executive communication with team and senior leadership.
  • Responsible for consistent and timely communication of relevant information as related to the execution of corporate marketing initiatives including deliverables, assets and copy.
  • Primary contact for all NBCUniversal Symphony initiatives, which includes acting as liaison between the company’s marketing council representatives and various Telemundo Enterprises areas with the goal of maximizing on-air editorial, digital and experiential exposure for company-wide initiatives. This person will build and maintain strong relationships with marketing and business leaders in all divisions of NBCUniversal to ensure optimal promotional support for Telemundo Enterprises.Partner with Content Distribution team on avenues that help propel and support Telemundo Enterprises initiatives and business. Project Manage Telemundo Enterprises Upfront event and participation in NBCUniversal Corporate Upfront, which includes overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of project.
  • Partner with ad sales team to build key messaging and insights to inform season to season sales pitches and create unique ways of showcasing our brands, tent pole shows and overall market strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with key partners managing our international brands (Telemundo Africa and Telemundo International Latam) aligning strategies, sharing best practices and assets while being Network brand ambassador.

  • • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a discipline in marketing
    • At least 8+ years of experience in the cable, satellite or terrestrial television industry with an emphasis in marketing/communications and/or media experience.
    • Communicate and engage with executives, clients at all levels with the utmost professionalism. In addition, be able to manage highly confidential information with discretion.
    • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
    • Fluency in English and Spanish a plus.

    • Must have an acute understanding of the creative process across multiple crafts.
    • Sound business judgement, and flexibility/adaptability to manage multiple time-sensitive matters, including appropriately prioritizing among them.
    • Demonstrated ability, in a positive and practical manner, to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively with all levels of company personnel and with outside parties.
    • Excellence in communication, written, presentation and negotiating skills.
    • Thorough understanding of project management phases; techniques and tools.
    • Highly organized with attention to detail.

    Reporting to the SVP, Marketing and Creative, the newly created Director Corporate Marketing & Partnerships role will work cross-functionally in the development and execution of divisional corporate marketing strategies, as well as disseminate Telemundo Enterprises’ key marketing strategies and messaging across departments at the NBCUniversal corporate level including company’s Marketing Council, ad sales, and content distribution.
