Work with Director, Integrated Sales Marketing to prepare sales presentations, including ideation and execution of sales decks for local and national account managers.
The Manager Integrated Marketing is primarily responsible for developing sales support materials, track active campaigns and assist in fulfillment for advertiser-based campaigns. This position will also take an active role in production for live sales integration projects. This position is supporting the NBC New York local ad sales team.
Assist in production of live shoots for advertiser-based in-show integrations.
Track all pending and sold campaigns from pitch to creating proof of performance materials.
Work in conjunction with Director of Sales Fulfillment to execute key aspects of sales marketing campaigns and to create and gather pre and post on air, digital and OOH data and creative material.
Manage and maintain team’s Capability Deck, major sales initiatives packages and Integration trackers.
Collaborate with internal marketing and publicity teams to ensure Promotions are multi-platform and/or include amplification layers (Brand Marketing, Media, Digital, Social, Sales, Custom Content, On Air, OOH).
Work with Digital and OOH leads to ensure that all digital campaigns are executed properly, including video, banners, sweepstakes, eBlasts, social, etc.
Handle sweepstakes legal and fulfillment.
Minimum 1-2 years media experience with knowledge of broadcast, digital, social and out of home preferred.
Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Photoshop.
Exceptional communication, project management and presentation skills.
Clear, concise, objective and professional written and verbal communicator.
Superior organizational skills - must possess the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in deck compilation for internal and external use, and in post-event recap phase.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Acute attention to detail and well-organized.
Creative and strategic planner with clear ideation and execution abilities.
Resourceful, focused on project objectives/goals and can prioritize when managing multiple tasks/projects.
Knowledge of digital landscape a plus.
Previous professional experience in television production, ad sales or marketing.
