What you’ll be doing...

The Consumer Device Trade-In Product Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing the trade in program. This role will be responsible for crucial projects that will grow Verizon’s trade in market share, create a competitive advantage online versus other carriers, expand trade to other channels and manage the trade in epic. The Product Manager will articulate requirements, drive those requirements through the agile product development process and perform pre-launch and post-launch support.

Define the customer experience, develop requirements, create user stories in Jira and host cross functional team meetings to review and prioritize requirements.

Manage multiple projects from ideation to launch in a fast paced and changing environment.

Provide product support, testing, defects and ensure launch gating items are closed prior to launch.

Partner with GTM teams to create all training and launch deliverables.

Develop the product roadmap, prioritization and communicate updates/changes on a weekly basis.

Create marketing plans to grow subscribers and revenue.

Develop business cases for new initiatives.

Serve as the subject matter expert for trade in.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

Master’s degree – more impressive if you have an MBA.

Experience in the wireless industry.

Agile and Jira experience.

Product management experience.

Excellent written and oral communication skills and advanced presentation skills including demonstrated experience with executive level customer presentations.

Prior experience with launching products in an agile environment by working closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Network, Legal, IT, Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Care).

Marketing strategy and go to market planning experience.

Comfort working with both technical and business communities.

Juggled multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

High motivation, ability to multi-task on several products and programs independently.

Strong logical, analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
