Client Program Manager, Demand Generation, Integrated Campaigns
SourceMedia’s Demand Generation team is looking for an experienced marketer to oversee and bring innovative ideas and solutions to our Account Based Marketing campaigns.
Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Integrated Campaigns, you will develop the processes, strategies and content requirements needed to execute best-in-class Account Based Marketing programs for our clients. We are looking for an individual who brings strategic thought and insights into a rapidly evolving marketing specialty.

You will develop social strategies creating scalable demand generation campaigns to create a pipeline of qualified leads for some of the largest Technology and Fortune 100 companies. This role will serve as a key member of a creative, fast paced team that is taking leaps in the challenging world of demand generation.

∙ Interact directly with clients project managing high revenue generating programs
∙ Work with the E-mail Operations team internally to devise and implement campaign testing, targeting, and segmentation to maximize lead acquisition and conversion
∙ Set-up reporting on campaigns for lead management, lead nurturing and lead scoring
∙ Manage multiple programs with a goal of delivering revenue and success for our clients
∙ Candidate must be detail-oriented with outstanding communication, organization and analytical skills
∙ Candidate must be an enthusiastic, creative thinker and team player
∙ Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced media environment and sensitive to project deadlines
∙ Strong writing and verbal communications skills are essential in this role
∙ Candidate must be comfortable working directly with clients executing high level campaigns
∙ 3-5 years relevant experience including client management/project management experience in the B2B space
∙ 4-year college degree required
∙ Passion for marketing and the media business
∙ Creative thinking capabilities; Interest/desire to learn and adopt new marketing strategies and tactics
∙ Basic knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua and HTML is a plus but not required
