UFO Marketing Director

Market America, a product brokerage and Internet marketing company that specializes in One-to-One Marketing, is seeking an experienced Marketing Director for our Unfranchised Marketing Department.
Manages corporate strategy for the UFO Marketing Team. To include but not limited to Initiating, driving, and managing the company's UFO strategic branding, corporate UnFranchise services, UFO marketing programs on new and existing initiatives related marketing, branding, communications, internet marketing, & social media for UFO facing accounts and for Market America CEO. Works directly with the CEO, Executive Sales Team, and UnFranchise Marketing Division.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Identify the resources on the marketing wheel needed on every project or system to be implemented and promoted, contact the marketing stake holders and schedule
Meet with Field Ambassador and Sales team weekly
Meet with owners and providers on Marketing Wheel as customer
Work with sales team and decide on content to develop for Projects, Programs, New Launches Promotional and Campaigns per ambassador
Determine what Topics for Creative to prepare Digital Assets on: Video, HTML graphics, Images, or Info grams for Field Ambassador
Assist in the creation of tools for duplication of initiatives of Field Ambassadors for future UFO use after success of Field Ambassadors UFO Marketing duplication
Monitor Field Ambassadors UFO Marketing initiatives/campaigns
Determine what projects need to be pushed out and promoted for the Field Ambassador based on all channels of 360 Master Marketing wheel
Engage UFO teams to post content for campaigns, company wide
Creates social media strategy for UFO Marketing Team
Oversee team of social media members who cover and manage the Market America and Shopping Annuity pages: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, SnapChat, LinkedIn, Pinterest and others. Also oversees celebrity social media manager to Market America CEO and all of the respective channels
Creates and manages a social and blogging calendar for the UFO Social Marketing Team
Creates and edits online content on social media channels to meet departmental objectives.
Identifies social media trends to proactively target proper audiences, technologies, and products.
Identifies new opportunities for social media activities to maintain competitive edge.
Collaborates with the Director of Consumer Marketing to ensure consumer communication on all channels.
Experienced in setting up and managing effective social media adverts with a proven track record of results via Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Partner with Digital Marketing in Campaigns
Oversee UFO Marketing Field Adoption & Duplication Program through ABC Pattern with Sales Execs+ Field Ambassador UFO' s
Assist in identifying branding and creative, messaging, promotional campaigns to be promoted per UFO Ambassador
Work with Executives to identify which promotions, events, media, publicity Meeton.com/UnFranchise.com, 360 Campaign, should be used per UFO Ambassador
Meet weekly with the Executive Sales teams to review social media content
When campaign, promotions and concepts are approved per Field Ambassador as defined in the marketing wheel, work with the necessary marketing stakeholders to fully construct the campaign, engage resources and execute
Collateral pieces for all marketing campaigns are to be given, in usable form, to Management Team so they can use on their own
Manages booth & booth staff at 2 annual company events
Oversees UFO Social Media Team
NYC Office or Greensboro, NC office
Education and Experience
Bachelor ' s degree in Marketing or related field
5 years of experience in Marketing
Or combination of equivalent experience, education, and training
Proficient use of MS Office Products.
Above moderate to high levels of Social Media, Social Advertising, English reading, writing, and speaking; active listening, critical thinking; monitoring; coordination; persuasion; instructing; problem solving; analysis; troubleshooting; judgment; originality; and leadership
