We're a literary management company seeking an Executive Assistant to support the company's owner. The assistant will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and making reservations, managing phone sheets, overseeing and tracking a wide variety of projects, and sharing office related work with the company's administrative staff. 

In addition, the assistant will help support a large, active roster of clients and will be expected to correspond directly with writers, editors and development staff. They will be expected to read proposals, manuscripts and film/tv scripts and provide coverage, editorial support. 

This is a high-volume role and the ideal candidate is extremely organized, has excellent communication skills, is an experienced, confident multi-tasker and able to manage and prioritize tasks with grace and good humor. The office environment is highly collaborative and dynamic; an ability to manage relationships and work well with others (in writing, in person, by phone) is crucial. There is high growth potential for the right person. 

Candidates must have min of 2 years full-time, paid assistant experience working with senior executive in film/tv, publishing, media or a related field. Agency experience preferred but not required for qualified candidates; BA/BS degree required. Diverse candidates are encouraged to apply.
