As a Digital Partnerships Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationships with internal and Partner teams in order to successfully execute post-sale production processes for campaigns that include Partnership elements. You will be a member of a highly motivated Digital Ad Sales team at NBCUniversal where account relationship building and customer satisfaction are keys to a successful candidate.
  • Work closely with Digital Partnerships Manager to enhance and streamline Partner processes and execute Partnership elements according to client expectations
  • Understand Partnership product capabilities and guide internal teams on pricing and selling strategy
  • Team with Account Executives across all verticals to understand agency/client goals and objectives and brainstorm solutions utilizing Partnership products
  • Accountable for Partnership elements results and providing clients with strategic and tactical guidance to achieve campaign goals
  • Work with external Partnership contacts and internal NBCUniversal teams on the development and implementation of Partnership products to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Manage client relationships and deliver superior customer service
  • Utilize project management skills to collect assets needed for production of Partnership campaign elements
  • Lead the monitoring and delivering of Partnership elements and proactively communicate any issues to internal team and client, when necessary

  • Basic Qualifications:
  • Four year degree (B.A.,B.S) from an accredited college of university
  • Previous experience with project media related project and/or account management (1-3 years)
