Sr. Strategist - Freelance to Fulltime
Our client, a major sports marketing agency, is looking to add a Senior Strategist to their in house team in North County.
You will be reporting up to the VP of Social and Digital at the agency and working on a team with (5) other strategists. You will be working developing strategies for a diverse client portfolio, complete over arching marketing analysis and help oversee the team.
Your day to day will include:
+Collaborate with team members on creative concepts that lead back to the greater business objectives
+Determining and recommending content for social media channels and communicating with client partners about content, trends and recommendations
+ Help run new business pitches, conduct research, deliver weekly status reports
+Oversee and help manage Jr. team members
The ideal candidate has:
+ 5 years of agency-side experience in a strategy or media role
+ Pitching experience for new business
+ Experience in a management/sr. roles
+ Big picture thinker and the charm to build relationships (internally and with clients)
+Experience with Facebook Insights, Google Analytics and other measurement tools
Huge bonus if you have a background working in urban fashion, action sports or gaming industry!
