We are looking to add a curious, well-traveled and outgoing Account Coordinator ( Entry Level ) to our growing PR Team in the Travel & Hospitality Industry. We are looking for a candidate who is:

  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • Passionate about the Hospitality Industry
  • MUST have at least two (2) internships at an agency
  • Is a team player
  • Has some Travel and/or Hospitality PR experience ( internships )
  • Is detail oriented and has impeccable writing
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Is a creative thinker 
  • And loves to travel

Duties will involve day-to-day client contact, reporting, research, pro-active story pitching, writing press releases, arranging interviews and desk-side appointments as well as supporting the team. The position will also require:

  • Attending and running events and coordinate press attendance
  • Serving as daily contact with media, influencers and clients
  • Cultivating and maintaining media & influencer relationships
  • Generating monthly reports
  • Managing daily activity
  • Strategic Planning and Client Initiatives
  • Must be willing to travel occasionally
  • Support clients' Social Media activities
  • Working with some of the COOLEST clients in the Travel Industry
