NBC Owned Television Stations (NBCOTS), part of the NBCUniversal Owned Television Stations division of NBCUniversal, includes 10 local broadcast television stations and a regional cable news channel serving the largest markets in the nation, including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, Dallas-Fort Worth, San Francisco Bay Area, Boston, Washington, D.C., Miami-Fort Lauderdale, San Diego and Connecticut. NBCOTS also represents the national sales for the NBC Sports Regional Networks including NBC Sports Boston, NBC Sports Philadelphia, NBC Sports Washington, NBC Sports Chicago, NBC Sports Bay Area, NBC Sports California, and NBC Sports Northwest.

• Develop customized marketing materials for new sales opportunities
• Build digital-centric media proposals working in conjunction with ad ops, featuring live streaming, display, video and social media elements
• Support unwired (multi-market) digital sales efforts from planning to campaign management
• Gather competitive research & advertiser media spending
• Work with cross-functional teams to manage deadlines & presentation development
• Work with networks and/or platforms to create media proposals
• Introduce phases of project execution, next steps and timelines
• Serve as main point of contact for all campaign-related issues
• Monitor campaign delivery and recap for clients
• Compile and summarize multi-platform campaign posts for client
• Work in conjunction with Production teams to create content for clients
• Proactively identify and minimize potential problems throughout campaign and find solutions
• Coordinate the planning, implementing, and status reporting of all phase of projects
• Assist in renewal of campaigns



• 1-3 years of Marketing and Project Management Experience
• Good knowledge of sports in general
• Understanding of digital inventory, pricing and ad ops workflow
• Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Superior written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail– must possess ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects across multiple points of contact
• Bachelor’s degree
• Must have strong desire for Sales as a career path

• Proficiency in Photoshop
• Extremely strong writing and presentation creation skills - ability to create engaging, visually, and thoughtfully designed materials, plans, and decks
• Previous professional experience in television production, digital media, ad sales or marketing
