Work with VP Creative & Creative Director, Brand Marketing and Local Markets to deliver high quality, innovative and effective creative solutions for Social Media space. Act as champion and educator of Social Media best practices to the wider Creative Team, becoming a key partner driving ‘upskilling’, passion, enthusiasm and stand out creative and strategic solutions. Manage stakeholder and regional relationships to effectively align and execute stand out and effective social campaigns.Collaborates with and supports multi-disciplinary local teams in the development and continual optimization of social assets.Work with team and stakeholders to identify, plan and implement social media content and engagement opportunities to reach specific target audiences.Develops and implements tactical plans to support campaign & brand strategies, creating engagement that generate traffic to our sites, incite conversation and grow advocacy and community.Builds and manages strong and effective relationships with E! OVERVIEW – ROLE PURPOSE
Working closely with the VP & Creative Director, the Social Media Lead will be integrally involved in the creation of all Social Media assets, ensuring they enhance each campaign, that creative match platforms and that we continually build performance based upon latest trends and insights. The candidate must be well versed in current social media trends, stay informed of the latest platform changes and innovations, and will constantly assess new opportunities for inclusion.
Sitting within the Creative team, this role will work closely with the Brand Marketing and Digital teams, as well as regional teams to ensure that our social media content is aligned with local business objectives and supports the brand and digital objectives.
The role will work on creative campaigns across both E! and Telemundo International, with E! its principal focus.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
4+ years of social media experience, with a strong social presence of your own.

Passionate, innovative and forward thinking, keeping up with the latest in digital/social media trends and platforms, proactively incorporating new ideas and/or emerging platforms
Proven track record transforming creative ideas into successful social media implementations across multiple brands, with experience executing social campaigns and/or advertising
Relevant experience working in online media and/or publishing, with the ability to react quickly to industry trends and adapt strategy accordingly
Working knowledge of social media and analytics software
Working knowledge of design, web design/development, CRO and SEO beneficial
Ability to successfully partner with and develop a team and work well cross-functionally
Self-starter with good sense of prioritisation and hands on approach, able to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines within matrix structure
Good communicator with strong interpersonal and business skills, confident in communication with senior management/clients, confident in taking speaker opportunities with media
Strong written and presentation skills (preparing and giving presentations to senior management, clients, etc)
Experience in managing team and agency relationships
Enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable
Fluent English; second language a nice bonus
